That is such a bummer. I loved Columbo back in the '70's and the movies that followed!

I barely remember him in Columbo, but that was never one of my favorite shows. I also remember seeing him in a movie really late one night on TV. I can'tremember the title, but it had a really sadending. I think Jill Clayburgh was the love interest in that movie, and either one or both of them had cancer. He was a good actor.
